Creative inspiration is everywhere — from the words of your favorite writer, paintings of your favorite artist or tunes played by your favorite musicians. I believe that ‘To inspire and be inspired’ is a process which every creative person, be it an artist or musician, has to goes through to find the ultimate balance & rhythm between emotions and self-expression.
I would like to share some selective creative artworks I came across on Derbyblue’s Flickr account which portrays my idea of ‘To inspire and be inspired‘. In this series, the artist draws inspiration from creative people like DJ”s, musicians, painters & dancers and the environment which surrounds & inspires them…. a DJ spinning in his blue room with musical instruments, headphones, favorite vinyl records, a camera and books, a painter on the isle with paint tubes and brushes scattered all over the room, musicians jamming together on a beautiful Friday evening while drinking some whiskey & smoking cigarettes.
