Scoopa is a newly established group of freelancer architectures, artists and craftsmen who live and work in Thessaloniki, Greece. Scoopa aims at creating inexpensive and design-led products from objects, which we do not want to end up in the dumping grounds. An up-cycling company that reinvents a new circle of life for disposable materials by using innovative ideas to convert them from waste into new products of higher environmental value serving a totally new purpose.
Scoopa products with their unique character allow form, feeling and personality to prevail due to their minimal and clear designing approach. Hence they return in our lives and they re-present themselves as practical, elegant and inexpensive objects. Above all they are manufactured by leaving the less possible carbon mark back to the environment, since the majority of the components in their designs are from up-cycled materials.
