The Torque Desk is an amazing creation by designer duo of Alessandro Isola & Supriya Mankad from the London-based design studio IM Lab. This seek and stylish desk is made from a perfect combination of a well thought design process, clever engineering and fine craftsmanship. The desk forms a fantastic three dimensional sculptural element with a top consisting of a metal sheet that continues and bends down on one side to form the legs while the other side is supported by a stack of drawers which flips open like a hand of cards. While the entire body including drawers are made of metal, there is a malachite letter and a pen holder to give it a complete look. Wow!
