‘Please Draw Me a Wall’ and I shall create a story!!…That’s exactly what French photographer Julien Coquentin has done in his playful photo series called ‘Please Draw Me a Wall‘. The series is a very creative combination of art and photography in which interesting interactions are created between real people and graffiti art. The creative photography series brings to life imaginative scenarios, combining the experience of performance art with the subversive tactics of street art.
While some of the works like the kid with the cage and the little girl feeding the cow are very cute, others like the fishing guy and the diving guy draw a futuristic picture of a world in which water would no longer be a necessity, rather a precious commodity.
Besides his whimsical photography works, Julien Coquentin has also touched on sensitive issues of deforestation and indigenous rights through his photography project called Green Wall.
