Art Installations made with cardboard: The Paper Stuff project by Bartek Elsner

We would like to share some amazing art installations by German multi-disciplinary designer Bartek Elsner, created as part of his project called ‘The Paper Stuff‘. Lots of artists and designers in recent times have attempted working with paper, but ‘The Branch’ & the ‘Mini – Ghettoblaster’ are definitely the show stealer. In the first installation, Elsner has created a branch of a tree emerging out of one of the walls in a room. The sub-branches and the multi-dimensional black crow create a sense of curiosity while at the same time give a more organic look & feel to the installation. The white walls & ceiling not only compliments the installation, but at the same time highlights it.

The second installation which is a larger than life, old school style music blaster. The ‘Mini-Ghettoblaster’ was created as part of a promotion for the International Radio Festival 2012 in Zurich, Switzerland. All this and much more with pieces of cardboard……Now that’s simply amazing!!……The next time you dispose off your Christmas gift boxes, think twice….. There is an artist hidden within all of us!
