The Tosetto, Weigman & Associates office in Turin, Italy is situated inside a classical 20th century building which has been transformed into a contemporary office space by Italian studio MARC. The most amazing feature is a reference library space built above the office area. A steel walkway is created which leads you to the mezzanine level containing lines of bookshelves with a huge collection of books. Detached from the structure’s walls, the books themselves act as a safety element, lining the interior of the winding corridor. A new perforated mesh metal stair connects each of the seven levels, contrasting the grand entry staircase which leads to the office’s reception. Check out some images below.
