These two amazing bike concepts are the creations of American designer Brittany Harriman especially designed for Trek World 2012. The large tires were used on these bikes to allow the user to glide across snow and/or sand more efficiently. Sasquatch, also know as the “lumberjack” cruiser was designed to fit the personality of a capable, wild, adventurous and untamed beast. The look speaks to our user’s sense of individuality, ruggedness and mountain-man crazy streak. Sasquatch is a 9-speed cruiser for “rough” riding. The Sand Crawler is a 3-speed cruiser that has a laid back, beach bum vibe. My design was based upon snow and beach apparel.
