Modular Cardboard Chair by designer Giorgio Caporaso
The X2 Chair is one of the furniture pieces from designer Giorgio Caparosa’s ‘Eco Design Collection’. The innovative design is made from cardboard, but the chair can be customized with a combination of endless materials. For example, the base elements can be in usual Havana colour of cardboard, or white or black and they can be combined with captivating coverings in coloured plastic, in metal or stainless still or in precious essences (teak, blond oak or white oak, nut Canaletto, wengé). The chair can be easily transformed from a small chair with a long back rest into a luxury chaise-lounge by simply turning it at an angle of 90 degrees. X2 chair is ecological, inexpensive, low maintenance and can be easily repaired. It can be used as an indoor as well as an outdoor furniture. It’s an intelligent & inspirational design!
