Lights created from corrugated cardboard

‘Scrap Lights’s is a collection of ceiling lights designed by Seattle design studio Gray Pants. The lights have been created from the salvaged remnants of corrugated cardboard. As the name suggests, the designers make use of the leftover materials from the production of their cardboard furniture range. The cardboard offcuts are laser-cut into concentric circles to maximise use of material before being stacked and glued together by hand.
