While some designers are busy creating green products like wooden notebook cases, ASUS has gone one step ahead with the launch of their ‘Bamboo Series Notebooks‘. The skin of the notebook is entirely made from Moso bamboo. That’s not it!….Even the touch pad is made from 100 % bamboo fiber. The notebook featured Intel 2 duo processor and is available in two different sizes: 11.1 inch and 12.1 inch. ASUS has also implemented its new power consumption specification which reduces the overall usage of battery. The idea is rather unique and definitely a much better alternative to the fake mac & techno colored plastic skins. The bamboo notebook looks classy, uber stylish and a perfect gadget for all you ‘Green Geeks’ out there!
