Presented at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, the Aria Chair is designed by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez for La Cividina. La Cividina was founded in 1976 in Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) and hold a reputation for producing armchairs and sofas with a strong connection to Italian design. The chair is produced by precisely laser cutting a sheet of steel to create rhombuses that form the main body of the seat. Next, the side pieces are combined with the main body to produce a graceful curve. The exterior is then covered with leather that is carefully selected, cut and sewn by hand, while the interior is finished with matt black paint. The lounge chair which can be used for indoors as well as outdoors has a futuristic design and is a perfect combination of technology and craftsmanship…..A beautiful chair design where ‘Style meets Function’!!
