The home once belonged to Colonel Walter Gresham, a\nprominent local attorney and Civil War veteran, and his family. The house still\nfeatures the same unique architecture and interior details as it did when it\nwas built. The entrance is designed with marble-adorned columns and the 40-foot\nstairwell is made completely of mahogany. The interior is also decorated\nthroughout with stained glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
