Inspired by the Panic Room by Tilt, Kiev-based designer Pavel Vetrov has created an interior setting for a hotel room fusing two contrasting styles. At a quick glance, it appears as if there are two separate spaces. But, when you take a closer look you realize it is the same space. The space has a distinct division where one part is dominated by white, and has a minimalist aesthetic while the other part is dominated by the vibrant colours of street graffiti art.

Living in this room must be quite a surreal experience. One side of the room excites the visual senses with colourful wall graffiti, pink and peach coloured bedding, polka dotted pillows and a patterned rug made up of illustrations & comic figures. On the other hand, just a step away, the entire space is white including the walls, furniture, books and canvasses offering a sense of peace and calm, comfort and hope.

     + Pavel Vetrov

Inspired by the Panic Room by Tilt, Kiev-based designer Pavel Vetrov has created an interior setting for a hotel room fusing two contrasting styles.
