Unlike our past generations where the norm was to own a house, raise a family and have a steady job, today, most young people switch jobs every 2-3 years on average. A lot of them travel and relocate internationally to pursue their dreams. While the idea of\u00a0living a\u00a0nomadic lifestyle seems to be super exciting, most of us\u00a0certainly enjoy a few luxuries like a comfy bed and a dining table.<\/p>\n

Moving your old furniture or buying new ones every time you relocate is not only\u00a0expensive, but environmentally unfriendly. As an alternative, architect Stefan Juust <\/strong>has\u00a0designed a portable box with all the basic household items including a\u00a0bike, dining table, chair, built-in storage and bed with pull-out futon as well as mattress.<\/p>\n

The Travelbox<\/strong> is a rectangular case that folds-out to instantly furnish any living space. Constructed from wood and clad in aluminium, the portable Travelbox weighs 60 kilograms (132 pounds) and It measures 6.8 feet in length, 4 feet in height, and 1.3 feet in width.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn its closed position it is rigid, efficient, and ready to endure the inevitable bumps of international\u00a0travel. Upon arrival the\u00a0Travelbox\u00a0can be unfolded to instantly transform your new abode into a comfortable home,\u201d says Juust.<\/p>\n
