Located\u00a0in the Amador Causeway, a prominent place at the entrance of the Pacific Ocean Panama Canal , \u00a0the Bio Museo<\/strong> designed by world renowned archtiect Frank Gehry<\/strong> is ready to open its doors to public after ten years of constructions. The structure was designed to\u00a0to tell the story of how the Isthmus of Panama rose from the sea, uniting two continents and a vast ocean separating into two, changing the biodiversity of the planet forever.<\/p>\n The structure has a asymmetrical design comprising of\u00a0undulating roof panels which appear like a collage of form and colour reflecting the area\u2019s tropical environment. The Bio Museo provides spectacular views across the water towards Panama cityt and the old town. The\u00a04000 square meter scheme consists of eight permanent exhibition galleries designed by Bruce Mau Design\u00a0in consultation with scientists at the nearby\u00a0Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute<\/a>.
