Madrid based Oliver Hernaiz Architecture Lab\u00a0 designed a popup office, which is basically a a concept for an office that is improvised, reusable, efficient, optimized and moreover involves a quick installation. The cool and minimalist office is created in an old basement warehouse. The architects call it a ‘Spanish Guerrilla strategy for a temporary office’. Whatever it is, the design is a great initiative to make use of the best resources, easy to implement and dismantle when required.<\/p>\n

As you can see in the images, the prime focus was to stick to the\u00a0 bare basic necessities. The designers began the installation by demolishing partitions and unused\u00a0mechanical spaces. The floor was painted white, while the furniture consisted of basic black lacquered USM modular furniture. The walls were left unfinished and interesting artworks from the client’s collection was used to dress up the walls. The exposed electrical conduits, plumbing pipes, minimalist office furniture, some 70’s style chairs, table & sofa create an interesting unfinished aesthetics resulting into a fusion design.<\/p>\n
