Designed by architectural firm OFIS Architects, this award winning project was designed as part of a competition for the concept of a student’s hostel in Paris<\/a>. The structure consists of\u00a0 two rectangular blocks: The first block of 30x11m & the second is 65x11m. The total height of the structure is 29.2 metres which consists of 192 residential units. The project is designed taking into consideration certain requirements for students with disabilities. The rooms on the ground floor and basement are designed for people with physical disabilities. Another objective of the project is to maximize energy efficiency & utilize renewable sources.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
