Designer Maria Westerberg won the first prize at the Green Furniture Award 2011 for her ‘T-shirt Chair’ which is basically created from left over clothes or rugs. Every chair has its own unique colour and texture combination. The textiles can be individually replaced with worn clothes and textiles from your surroundings, and in that way the T-shirt Chair will evolve and collect history over time – an almost ‘eternal’ piece of furniture.
The T-shirt chair comes in another option called the ‘Rag Edition Selected Colour’ which is a customised chair and gives you the option to pick the colour of your choice. (Priced at 1398 Euro).
