Situated in Wales, this beautiful & cosy house is planned and built by Simon Dale. The entire house was built within a budget of  $5000 while taking into consideration alot of factors to achieve a minimalist maintenance cost. The house is well equipped with solar power, a compost toilet, the use of straw over a plastic layer for insulation, and a refrigerator that’s cooled the interiors by throwing air  from under the house’s foundation.
