‘Fantasized’ is a creation of Belgian industrial designer Sep Verboom in collaboration with Cebu’s office of enviromnement and waste management. The lampshade made from recycled electric fan guards and waster plastic strips.  ‘Fantaisezed – Design for Impact‘ is part of an initiative by Howest which is an open knowledge center and communication platform between the industry and design engineering education. The project also aims at generating income with simple and practical systems to produce products out of recycled waste materials found in the city of Cebu.
