“If a depressed mind is directed towards positive attitude than that’s my mission accomplished” – Kishore M Sali

Renowned Indian photographer & visual artist, Kishore Sali’s work will be exhibited at the Studio Vogue gallery in Toronto from 1st – 21st December 2012. The exhibition called ‘Exuberance‘ will also be featuring works of Alexandra Pennycook, Barbara Muir, Bruce R Macdonald and Heather Larue.  After a very successful career as a photographer & owner of an advertising agency,  Sali started experimenting with digital art and today his work is represented internationally by Vivid Arts Network and Studio Vogue Gallery in Toronto.

Artistic attributes came naturally to Sali as his father was also an artist. He was raised in a neighborhood of renowned painters, which gave him an opportunity to interact and study their works. He studied Printing Technology after college, and  then went to art school, graduating as a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Success in advertising fueled his urge for the quest of new creative horizons. Love for camera never seized his romance with brush & canvas. Exposure to international art trends through his visits to Canadian and German Galleries exerted him more and more towards experimenting with Contemporary Arts.

“Sali’s paintings emit positive vibrations which I utilize as meditational aid in my drawing room & bedroom.” – says Portuguese art collector, George Ramos
